PLANNING

The Partial Planning Package is perfect for couples who have already begun the wedding planning process but need assistance and support halfway through. Our collaborative approach ensures that every aspect of your wedding is handled professionally, efficiently, and aligned with your unique vision.

Our services begin six months before your wedding day, providing you with comprehensive support leading up to your special day. We work alongside you every step of the way to ensure that everything is taken care of, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day to the fullest.

What’s Included:

  • Month of coordination, in addition to:
  • Three client/planner meetings (in person or virtual).
  • Unlimited communication via email or phone during business hours.
  • Monthly email reviews to ensure planning progress.
  • Access to a detailed planning checklist.
  • Vendor referrals, as needed.
  • Assistance in create a Wedding Design/ Inspiration Board.
  • Planner attendance at up to three meetings with the floral designer.
  • Review of all the vendor contracts.

MONTH OF COORDINATION

Our Day of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have almost everything planned for their wedding but require assistance with the coordination on the big day. Our service allows you to fully enjoy your special moment while we handle the details.
We’ll take over the planning process six weeks prior to the wedding day, ensuring that all final details and logistics are taken care of, to make the wedding goes as planned.

What’s Included:

  • Initial Client-Planner Consultation.
  • Unlimited communication via email or phone during business hours.
  • Final Venue Walkthrough.
  • Final planning meeting to review all wedding details.
  • Wedding Timeline Creation and Supervision.
  • Day – of Coordination Management.
  • Final planning meeting to review all wedding details.
  • Detailed wedding day timeline creation and distribution to vendors.
  • Coordination with vendors to confirm arrival times, setup, and logistics.
  • Supervision of ceremony and reception setup.
  • Lead Planner on-site for up to 10 hours.
  • Assistant Coordinator on-site (hours based on guest count and event needs).
  • Directing and managing the ceremony processional and recessional.
  • Overseeing the reception timeline (grand entrance, toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc.).
  • Management of vendor payments and gratuities as needed.
  • Collection of personal items and gifts at the end of the night.
