Kasey and Kaleb celebrated their spring wedding with 114 family members and friends at the historic Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota, Florida.

Their romantic waterfront celebration combined the estate’s timeless architecture with soft garden-inspired details, meaningful family moments, and a warm guest experience.

A Garden-Inspired Wedding Design

The couple envisioned a romantic, neutral garden party with whimsical flowers and a soft color palette of light moss green and champagne pink.

The colors complemented the natural landscape and historic architecture of the Powel Crosley Estate. Organic floral arrangements, greenery, and carefully selected details created an elegant design connected to the waterfront setting.

An Emotional Outdoor Ceremony

Kasey and Kaleb chose not to have a first look, making the moment they saw each other at the ceremony even more meaningful.

The couple exchanged vows outside, surrounded by their wedding party, family, friends, and beautiful views of the estate. Live violin music by The String Smith added another special touch to the ceremony and cocktail hour.

Kasey and Kaleb wanted their guests to feel included throughout the celebration.

Their personal details included cocktail napkins featuring handwritten messages they had shared during their relationship. They also displayed framed wedding photographs of married couples attending the wedding, creating a meaningful tribute to the relationships that came before them.

A mother-daughter dance became another memorable moment when other mothers and daughters were invited to join the dance floor. Guests also enjoyed a mobile cigar experience, music, dancing, and the estate’s waterfront atmosphere.
