01 What wedding planning packages do you offer?
We offer Full Wedding Planning, Partial Planning, and Wedding Management, also known as Month-of Coordination. Whether you are just getting started or need professional support during the final weeks, we help keep the planning process organized, smooth, and enjoyable.
02 Do you travel outside the Tampa Bay area?
Yes. We serve Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, Orlando, Miami, and other destinations throughout Florida. We also travel for destination weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
03 Do you specialize in Indian and multicultural weddings?
Yes. We have extensive experience planning Indian and multicultural weddings, including multi-day celebrations, detailed timelines, multiple vendors, cultural traditions, and large guest counts. We work closely with each couple and family to ensure every important detail is thoughtfully coordinated.
04 Do you help us find vendors?
Absolutely. Depending on your planning package, we recommend trusted vendors based on your style, budget, and priorities. We can also review proposals, compare options, and help you make informed decisions.
05 Will you attend the wedding rehearsal?
Yes. Our Wedding Management and planning services include coordinating the wedding rehearsal. We guide the wedding party through the ceremony process so everyone feels prepared and confident before the wedding day.
06Do you create wedding timelines?
Yes. We create detailed wedding-day timelines for the couple, wedding party, family members, and vendors. We also communicate with your vendors before the wedding to confirm timing, logistics, and responsibilities.
07 Are payment plans available?
Yes. We offer payment plans to help make the investment more manageable. Your payment schedule will be outlined in your proposal and contract.
08 Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. DA Event Planning carries general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue when requested.
09 How do we book your services?
The booking process is simple:
- Submit an inquiry through our website.
- Schedule a complimentary consultation so we can learn more about your wedding.
- Review the customized proposal and select the planning package that best fits your needs.
- Sign the contract and submit the initial retainer to reserve your date.
10 Do you work with all wedding budgets?
Every wedding is different. During the consultation, we discuss your overall budget, priorities, guest count, and expectations to determine whether our services are the right fit for your celebration.
11 How many weddings do you book on the same day?
We book only one wedding per lead planner each day. This allows us to provide each couple with personalized attention and dedicated support.
12 Can you help if we have already started planning?
Absolutely. Many couples contact us after booking their venue or several vendors. Our Partial Planning and Wedding Management services are designed to provide support wherever you are in the planning process.
13 What happens if there is an emergency on the wedding day?
Our team is prepared to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally. We address issues behind the scenes, communicate with vendors, adjust the timeline when necessary, and keep the celebration moving so you can remain present and enjoy your wedding day.
